Bouillon-Chartier

Bouillon Chartier, first opened in 1896. It is as famous for its inexpensive. We found a funny thing when we came here, servers wrote your orders directly on the white paper tablecloths in front of your eyes. The dining environment was good, we had dinner in a beautiful hall decked out with large mirrors.

We ordered 6 snails as and duck liver as starters. The 6 baked escargots with green garlic and butter were so tasty! And we ate the liver with a small piece of baguette, we were very satisfied!

We selected 2 main course, Poulet fermier rôti and Confit de canard. Poulet rôti was roasted chicken with chips, Confit de canard was duck leg basted with roasted potatoes. We loved to eat meat! So these fresh and juicy meat was soon finished!

We also tasted a dessert, Chou glace vanille chocolat chaud. Put ice cream in puff, then poured hot chocolate sauce on puff. Wonderful dessert!
