In China, Sichuan Cuisine is very popular, Chinese students abroad miss it very much. So, we found a Sichuan cuisine restaurant to have lunch last monday.

First, I wanted to tell you some common sense about Sichuan Cuisine. Sichuan Cuisine is one of eight famous regional cuisines. It is famous for its many flavors, and almost every dish has its own unique taste. This is because many flavorings and seasonings are produced in Sichuan province.

The owner of the restaurant presented us three littles cold dishes, salted peanuts, seaweed salad and salad cucumber with radish. These cold dishse are very appetizing.

Next, we began to eat the main course, we chose ''tenderloin on iron plate'', this dish was black pepper with beef, so tasty, and beef was soft. ''Dry fried string beans'', I liked string bean, this was a must-try. ''Spicy chicken'', you could try to cook this dish at home, cut the whole chicken into small pieces, then heated the oil, added diced chicken until cooked, last put into the red pepper. ''Twice-cooked pork'', specialty of Sichuan cuisine, sliced the meat into pieces, and cooked the slices with chilli seasoning.

''Mutton shashlik'', roast mutton with chili, you could chose spicy degree. Finally, we ate dumplings.

By the way, the owner of the restaurant presented us a ''fruit plate'' in the end. He was a passionate person. And we saw lots of French who ate in this restaurant. We were going to there again!
