Raviolis Chinois
When we talk about Chinese foods, our first thought must be dumplings. In China, the Spring Festival is the most important festival in a year. During the Spring Festival, Chinese families will get together and have dumpling. Before in the old days, people only eat dumplings on special days. But now, people can enjoy this chinese food any time they want.
Today I introduced a dumpling restaurant to you. First, we drank hot and sour soup. This soup is sour, spicy and savory all at the same time. It included pork, black fungus, carrot and bamboo shoot.
Then, we ate cold dish, we ordered pig ears dressed with sause. This dish tasted good, sweet and spicy.
The dumplings had many fillings, meat and vegetable fillings, with the mixture of soy sauce vinegar and sesame oil or chilli oil. There you could choose boil, steam, or fry dumplings.
